1. Introduction

2. Services

We provide IT and digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website Development
  • Software Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • AI & Automation Solutions
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Cyber Security Services
  • Software Improvement & Maintenance

Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not use our services for illegal purposes
  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse systems
  • Provide required content/materials on time
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payments & Billing

  • All payments must be made as per agreed proposal or invoice.
  • Work may begin only after advance payment (if applicable).
  • Delayed payments may result in project pause or service suspension.
  • Taxes (GST etc.) are extra if applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide.

Company Work

Final deliverables ownership transfers to client only after full payment.

Until full payment, all rights remain with Molyweb.

Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Project Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late content from client
  • Third-party service failures
  • Force majeure events
  • Scope changes requested mid-project

Timeline revisions may apply.

7. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • Revisions are limited as per proposal.
  • Additional changes beyond scope will be billed separately.
  • Major scope changes require revised quotation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party tools (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.).

We are not responsible for failures, price changes, or policies of third parties.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are overdue
  • Client engages in unlawful activity
  • Outstanding dues remain payable

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
