Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital and custom IT services, payments made to Molyweb Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Project has not been started
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service (verified case)

Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided if:

  • Client changes mind after work starts
  • Delay caused by client
  • Required materials not provided
  • Project placed on hold by client
  • Digital marketing services already executed
  • Domain/hosting/third-party purchases completed

4. Project Cancellation

By Client

  • Written request required via email
  • Work completed till date will be billed
  • Advance may be partially forfeited

By Company

We may cancel services for policy violations or non-payment.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first may result in permanent service termination and legal action if applicable.
