Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital and custom IT services, payments made to Molyweb Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Project has not been started
- Duplicate payment was made
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service (verified case)
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided if:
- Client changes mind after work starts
- Delay caused by client
- Required materials not provided
- Project placed on hold by client
- Digital marketing services already executed
- Domain/hosting/third-party purchases completed
4. Project Cancellation
By Client
- Written request required via email
- Work completed till date will be billed
- Advance may be partially forfeited
By Company
We may cancel services for policy violations or non-payment.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first may result in permanent service termination and legal action if applicable.
